FlightStory Appoints Niki Aryana as Chair
FlightStory, a media and investment company founded by entrepreneur Steven Bartlett, is pleased to announce the appointment of Niki Aryana as Chair to accelerate global growth and strategic expansion.
Niki currently serves as a Managing Director and Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he is also one of the global leaders for Media and Digital Transformation.
During his two-decade tenure at BCG, Niki has advised the world's leading global media brands and fast-moving challengers, helping them navigate market disruption, embrace innovation, and deliver exceptional commercial outcomes. He brings over 25 years of global leadership experience in strategy, transformation, and long-term value creation. Niki has advised some of the world's leading media and creative organisations including music labels, broadcasters, production companies, streamers, publishers, news, events and information services.
In his new role, Niki will work directly with Steven Bartlett and FlightStory’s leadership team to shape the company’s long-term strategic direction and accelerate its continued international growth across media, entertainment, consumer products and technology.
He brings a customer first approach and is recognised for developing and monetising rosters of top creators and renowned talent, aligning their ambitious visions with a deep understanding of the opportunities and economics to create international success. Niki is known for helping companies unlock and accelerate growth, build great teams, streamline operations, and future-proof their business in a complex and fragmented landscape.
Before joining BCG, Niki held a series of global product development and innovation roles at Procter & Gamble, where he launched several successful household brands grounded in deep consumer insight.
He holds an MEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering and Marketing from Imperial College London. Niki speaks several languages and brings a highly international outlook, which will be invaluable in supporting FlightStory’s growth and engagement with global media brands and talent.
